Before work begins

If a prepaid engagement is cancelled before work begins, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the agreed scope and any non-recoverable preparation costs disclosed in advance.

After work begins

Once consulting work, research, preparation, or a scheduled session has begun, completed work is generally not refundable. If there is a concern about a service, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.

How to request a review
